MEET OUR FOUNDER
Recognized as a "female founder" to watch, Aassia is a serial startup entrepreneur and recognized expert working at the intersect of technology & digital marketing. Her passion is to unlock & grow destination marketing using the power of mobile technology and peer influence. Guidrr is a business to business offering serving an emerging market of content creators seeking to unlock engagement and conversion, from users viewing their content on a mobile device.
Prior to launching Guidrr, Inc. Aassia served as CMO at MBO Partners, a privately held firm serving independent workers. While there, she helped pioneer the first national study on solopreneurs in America. Before that, she was founder and CEO of startup Alumrise, Inc., which helped organizations capture and deploy the talents of the flexible workforce. She began her career at PepsiCo, where she spent nearly a decade in roles in brand management, communications and public affairs. Born in Hong Kong and raised in South Asia, Aassia was educated at Dartmouth College and the London School of Economics and Political Science. She and her globe-trotting family call Dallas home, but can often be found on the road.
